Seth's memorial ride this Sunday

100 for one

This bicycle ride is in memory of Seth Embrey who passed away from brain cancer this past April. Seth was jovial, loving, and a loyal husband, friend, brother, uncle, nephew, son, and grandson. His quick wit, contagious laugh, big smile, and comforting hugs are missed daily.

Seth is a former employee of Bike Masters. While working on his Exercise Science degree at UNO, he worked at the bike shop for many years. During this time, he won over the hearts of the bike shop’s employees and customers.

Please join us over Seth’s birthday weekend as we ride 100 miles FOR the ONE and only Seth Embrey. We will celebrate his life and raise money for brain cancer research. There is NO ENTRY FEE, but charitable donations requested to LEAP FOR A CURE. It is our mission to provide timely and useful information on leapforacure.org and to conduct research through Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center in an effort to cure brain cancer.

Please arrive early to register and sign a waiver.

I'm going to do the 30 or 62 mile, depending on how I'm feeling. I'll be averaging maybe 15 mph so others with a mtb, this is good road ride.

This sounds like lots of fun, and a great cause. I can't be there in person but would like to throw some money into the hat.

Thanks RF. The hat is located at http://leapforacure.org/. Leave a comment on the donation form in memory of Seth.
