We have a six story office building near Dodge and 132nd to practice, which is really important to give one an idea of effort, technique (one, two or three steps at a time), and pace you can maintain.

Important not to go anaerobic, breathing really hard and drying out your throat. Sore throat lazenges (sic) just before start helps.

Good motivation to get out of house during Winter, good cause to support, good time with people of like mind.

Also, being fast is not a prerequisite. There are people who walk one step at a time the entire 40 floors. It's about participating and helping a good cause.

No limit on team size, but it will fill up fast, so make decision to do it and set reminder to register Nov 1.
