Just wanted to say THANKS

I had some bike issues (an annoying creak) last night on the way home. So a stopped by the shop. Tim and Dan were quick to help me diagnose the problem and even went as far as to swap my bottom bracket out to see if they could find it. In the end, it turned out to be some loose bottle cage bolts (read... user error).

Tim and Dan put well over an hour into helping me resolve the issue. My bill for their time and effort - $0.00.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Bike Masters is the best.

Service like that is just another day at Bike Masters, that is why they are my only bike shop.
