Paul checked out the Frozen Toes race at TP yesterday and the tread was too soft.
Freeze/thaw with moister in the ground requires us to ride when below freezing to avoid the slime and tear up the tread or trail corridor.

It was too soft to use the Tranquility trail yesterday. The Frozen Toes race was postponed. Copied from RaceRegister.net...
"The weather we have had over the past few weeks has left the Tranquility trail system a sloppy, muddy mess. Wild Hares Racing is all about racing in any conditions nature presents us with. However, given the current state of the trail system, doing so would only cause long term damage to the trails resulting in unnecessary trail closure and maintenance by folks like ourselves, T.H.O.R., and the City of Omaha. With that being said, we have decided to postpone the Frozen Toes Trail Run and move it to April 22, 2012 at 1:00 PM."
