Winter ride
What are you riding this winter. Lets see it.
What ever it is, go to the shop and get a set of these SKS fenders. They will save your back side.

Road grime & slop, they are a necessity. I got over a 100mi in this weekend, all with a fender.
100+ miles on the fenders you bought Friday afternoon? That's the way to break them in!
I've been pretty hard on my fenders crashing on singletrack, laying on them instead of the tire or fork when transporting in the van.
Heard squeaking noise (need to hunt them down quickly) and thought the mounting bracket studs ovaled out but actually the bolt to the fork was loose and eventually fell off.
Some more squeaking on last Sunday's ride and this time the mounting bracket is broken. Will patch with electrical tape till I replace it.
Hey poloscab, nice finding fenders that match your frame paint. Also like those reflective whitewall tires!
I need to get a good pic of my bike with Christmas lights from bike de'lights ride. I'm going to leave them on for a while.
Those tires are the Schwalbes that we ordered 3 years ago, and there still going strong with NO FLATS.
I try to check fender fasteners real often. No problems so far with some good miles.
