monday mtb ride at tranquility 09.14
I hope my legs recover some for the ride at Tranquility. Will leave the shop at 6 pm and roll by the kiosk about 6:05. No drop ride with regrouping several times per lap. Paul will make call on post ride refreshments.

Had a nice group out last night. Eric gets the "never give up" award. Came in to the shop with a tire going down. Put a new tube in. Was flat by the time we got to the trail. Found a couple thorns. Put in another tube. Wouldn't inflate. Walked his bike back to the shop where the tube was found to have a hole by the valve stem. Put another tube in and joined us at the end of the ice loop.
Last lap we broke into two groups. My legs didn't like the climbs. And they didn't like mowing the lawn or riding to work this morning either.
Stopped at Paul's watering hole for talk and rehydration. Four rode home. R&R get the distance award for riding to the ride.
