With the change to daylight savings time, the Wednesday indoor trainer ride will metamorphose to a road ride, weather permitting, starting March 11. Riders leave the shop at 6 p.m. Good pace line riding skills are required.
The Wednesday rides are shorter in length but higher in intensity than the Saturday rides.
