This Sunday we fall back to standard time. The following Wednesday, Nov 6, Bike Masters loads up a Coach Troy Spinerval dvd to start indoor trainer rides. Can it be time to start training and building a good base for next season already?
DVD will start at 18:00; first come, first serve to pick your trainer location. Bring your own trainer. For those interested in buying a trainer, you may ride the two models we sell: a Kinetics Roadmaster or Giant Magnetic for an indoor ride before purchasing.
