Festival running from noon - 15:00. Read somewhere that they don't expect people to be able to cross back into Iowa on the bridge for a couple hours which seems strange.
Anyway, my family will be parking at the Ameristar(?) Casino. Cross into Iowa on I-80, go north on I-29. Take first exit, Nebraska Ave, and go right towards the river and casino. Park at the south end of the lot. The bike path is right there and the ped bridge is maybe 2 miles to the north.
We probably won't get there till after the bridge opens at 13:00.
